  March-April 2005:
  • Pre-elaboration TCA.
  • Contact with European DP's in order to start the discussion of different points of view and sharing ideas, and establish possible common transnational work.
  • Elaboration of the first and provisional TCA and discuss about it.
  • Final elaboration of the TCA.
  • Meeting of the transnational partners and approve the final TCA.
  October 2005:
    First Transnational Seminar in Leon Spain.
  • Presentation of the national projects, Work team meeting
  • Operative planning for the whole transnational project.
  • Unemployed situation in the 4 involved countries.
  • Verify work proposals, planning and organization to settle the hypothesis of the future work.
  • First evaluation of the results and exchange of information.
  February 2006:
    Trainers training
  • 16 hours training about work insertion methodology with weak groups.
  • Trainers share with Spain, Italy and Greece.
  April 2006:
    Second Transnational Seminar in Presov: Slovachia
  • Compare the first actions and to plan of the next meeting.
  • Establish the first date of the dissemination and publicity.
  • First evaluation of the national work.
  • Exchange of information and good practices.
  October 2006:
    Third Transnational Seminar in Athens, Greece.
  • Verify work proposals, planning and organization of hypothetical future work.
  • Trainers training.
  • Evaluation, exchange of information and dissemination.
  • Analyse the national activities and the possibility to extrapolate to the other partners. Exchange of experiences.
  • Update national work programme.
  March 2007:
    Trainers training (Leon, Spain)

  May 2007:
    Final conference. (Parma - Italia)
  • Final information exchange.
  • Methodological approximation to the presentation of the transnational common work.
