  PARTNERS ANALYSIS

The INTEGRA 4 partnership is as follows (select each one individually for more):

The aim of the project is to improve working opportunities for immigrant people and to offer them a possibility of professional growth through recognition of past and present, formal and non-formal competences, and through training opportunities aimed at integrating the competences and/or skills necessary to successfully approach the labour market.
Besides this, the project aims at agreements between the PS and the Network of Supporting Partners in order to deal with the housing problem and with access to all the territorial services. The project means to enable immigrant people to:

a) make the most of their competences in order to find a suitable job
b) benefit from innovative and tailored training aimed at a formal recognition of competences or at professional qualification
c) benefit from the services available in the territory - housing, health services, social relations, education and training - thanks to the cooperation of the Network of Supporting Partners.

Besides, the project aims at:
1) improving the capability of the public employment services of responding to the needs of such marginalized brackets of population through experimentation of a care-taking service for employment and social situations
2) designing and experimenting innovative training pathways which could lead to a recognition of training and professional credits
3) designing and experimenting a service of global care-taking of such population.

    The project results will be achieved through the following phases:
    1) Design of a care-taking service for employment and social issues addressed to immigrant people. Emphasis will be put on the enhancement and empowerment of existing relationships, resources and tools and on agreements among the local actors for experimenting the services and putting them into practice.

    2) Training of operators of the employment and social services aimed at making them effective in providing the care-taking services carried out throughout the project.

    3) Personalized training for immigrants, aimed at integrating lacking competences and at acquiring professional profiles which can be spendable in the labour market.

    4) Experimentation of the care-taking service for employment and social issues. Depending on the single specific cases, an employment or social operator will be in charge of the professional insertion or upgrading and of the social integration of the beneficiary (housing, access to health services, etc.)

    5) Cooperation with the transnational partners aimed at carrying out a survey on the migratory phenomena at a transnational level, and at producing a `guidebook for change agents for recognition and enhancing of the potential of immigrant citizens.

The main objective through the project is to:
  • Promote the labour insertion capacity in an innovative field as the new sources of employment for disadvantaged groups, mainly low skilled, avoiding their social exclusion.
  • To create and maintain the integrated counselling and accompanying services to access employment: beginning an individual accompanying system before, during and after the integration process, and offering individual itineraries adapted to personal characteristics, as well as the promotion of their involvement through the process.
  • To support equality between men and women, promoting the integration of women to the labour market.
  • To avoid low-skilled persons existing discrimination, fostering their personal skills to improve their labour insertion possibilities.
  • To eliminate the inequality among workers, adapting these persons to more qualified jobs.
  • To use new technologies in the new jobs created, preserving and being respectful to the environment.
  • To eliminate barriers through Public Bodies involvement.
  • To carry out a permanent self evaluation of the foreseen actions to guarantee that the main objectives are being fulfilled.

The main objective of the project is to offer information, counelling and diagnostic services with activation a motivation tools, respectively educational courses of transferable skills aim to behaviour of unemployed people with health handicap or people with low qualification to improve their pottencial to be more flexible on the labour market.
There is need to encourage them for taking a chance offered by labour market and finding appropriate work positins. Involving this group of unemployed people to the training placement during their educational process will improve their knowledge about working opportunities and integration services on one side as well as offering the system of integration services for employers, who employ people from these groups.

The objective is supporting integration and reintegration of unemployed people to the labour market by means of individual programs. These individual programs will anable their employability, they will reflect the conditions of the labour market. The result will be involving bigger number of unemployed people and redusing the high unemployment rate. One of the reasons of unemployment is low level of information at the side of unemployed people with handicap as well as the side of employers.

In process of integration and re-integration of unemloyeed we want to establish the pilot program by means of the information – consultancy – education training workshop where we can increase the integration and the flexibility of our clients on the labour market.

The project focuses on the needs and the specificity of the sensitive social groups and mostly on the elderly workers, the unemployed and the women. The structure of the project follows up the implementation of the best existed network models along with the education of the sensitive groups’ and their support through advisable actions and test practices.
Of great importance is considered, the creation of fecund and viable mechanism and wider co-operation for the implementation of the new working models in local and branch field, but also through observation post for the consequences and the suggestions of regulation laws. The suggested models will work as a test in serious working conditions, covering at the same time physical, mental and mixed work.
