The common objectives of INTEGRA4 are :
- To determinate the reason why some disadvantaged groups have difficulties to the insertion on the labour market.
- To develop help strategies to the insertion on the labour market of our target groups, testing new methods to increase knowledge at the work place.
- To develop a planning structure of the training programs and analyze them for their effectiveness.
- In the coaching process the objective is to develop efficient methods to support the integration process through guidance and mediation, including the active participation between the employer and employees. New methods of knowledge and competencies will be searched and identified.
- In the business sector how to successfully integrate disabled/disadvantaged people into the business world, promoting the spirit of enterprise among youngsters within the educational process.
